 v Determine life cycles of all major components   

v Accurately estimate remaining lives and replacement costs of components  

v Provide information regarding condition of individual components and advice regarding short term and long term maintenance to maximize useful lives   

v Provide replacement schedule, yearly funding schedule and long term cash flow estimate       

PROJECT ADMINISTRATION   

v Provide specifications and drawings for major renovation, replacement or repair projects.  

v Compile bid packages for distribution to pre-selected, responsible and capable contractors.   

v Oversee project from concept to completion including project management, coordination, site inspection, payment control, scheduling and warranties
